Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a new challenge in a warm and supportive school community? We are currently seeking a Year 1 teacher for a small rural school in West Dorset. A fulltime experienced Year 1 teacher, with a secure understanding of phonics teaching, is required to take on the full responsibility of the class teacher. This post will be paid to scale, beginning after October half term. (Transition days available by arrangement).
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing an inclusive and nurturing learning environment for all students.

Keeping Children Safe in Education
Supply Tree will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination, a person who will not on the appointment panel will conduct the searches and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
