Martin welcomed the opportunity to join the Supply Tree Team in October 2024 as a Recruitment Consultant, bringing with him 40 years’ experience of working within the Primary Schools Sector.
After successfully completing a Politics and Modern History degree at the University of Manchester he stayed on for a further year to gain his PGCE in Primary Education. Whilst teaching in the North West of England, Martin had the chance to take up a post in Germany working for the MOD as a teacher in BritishServices Schools. After 30 years he returned to the UK due to the military
drawdown from Germany. After a period doing supply work for Supply Tree he was grateful for the chance of joining the recruitment team whilst also continuing to teach for some days of the week.
