Michaela joined Supply Tree as a supply teacher in October 2021 and taught across Dorset for a year, she then returned in October 2024 as both a supply teacher and member of the recruitment team.
She qualified at Plymouth University and has been teaching for 15 years. She then worked in London for 2 years before moving internationally, first to Tanzania and later to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. Working internationally Michaela found to be a diverse and exciting experience, allowing her to learn about and be integrated into local festivities and celebrations. She also loved the opportunity to travel and explore East Asia and beyond.
Michaela is enjoying meeting with new candidates, hearing about their wealth and variety of experience and discovering what they can bring to the Supply Tree team.
